Research theme

I am studying the interaction during "memory training groups", destinated to aged persons with Alzheimer's disease.

I suggest that we can find more interaction when the patients are doing collaborative task than when they are doing a single task.

To prove this hypothesis, I use cameras and microphones to record the interaction. With this support I analyse (1) the interaction between Humans, and (2) the interaction of these Humans with the artefacts of the world.

I'm interested in Enaction and Activity Theory to study the primacy of the interction on the results it produces.

The pragmatic aim of this research is to promote a method to favor the interaction in this groups, to increase their efficency.
